摘要
实践教学对于培养具有实践能力和创新精神的高级工程管理人才起到至关重要的作用。在当前新工科背景下,部分地方高校的工程管理专业实践教学环节中存在着一些需要解决的问题。沈阳工程学院对工程管理专业人才培养方案的实践教学体系进行了大胆的改革尝试,以学生工程实践能力培养为中心目标,充分利用现代信息技术,建立了一套虚拟仿真与现实相结合的实践教学完整体系。通过该体系在教学过程中的具体实施,在工程管理人才培养方面取得了预期的效果。该成果为地方院校工程管理类专业人才培养提供有益的参考。
Practical teaching is a very important teaching link of engineering management specialty.This link plays a vital role in cultivating senior management talents with practical ability and innovative spirit.Under the current background of new engineering,there are some problems to be solved in the practical teaching of Engineering Management Specialty in some local colleges and universities.Shenyang Institute of engineering has made a bold reform attempt,taking the cultivation of students’engineering practical ability as the central goal,and making full use of modern information technology,and has established a complete practical teaching system combining virtual simulation and reality.Through the scientific implementation of the system in the teaching process,the expected results have been achieved in the training of engineering management talents.The results provide a useful reference for the training of engineering management professionals in local colleges and universities.
