摘要
河北省是“一带一路”国家倡议在渤海湾衔接的重要节点,在多个优势产业开展了“一带一路”国际产能合作,亟需工程管理国际化人才。基于河北省“一带一路”国际产能合作和高校工程管理人才培养现状,运用调查法和案例分析法,分析了“一带一路”背景下,企业对工程管理国际化人才在专业技能胜任力、国际性胜任力、创新和实践能力的新要求。针对当前科技创新与工程管理国际化人才培养的不协同问题,从政府、企业和高校三个层面设计科技创新与工程管理国际化人才培养协同模式,以培养国际化、复合型、应用型“三位一体”高级工程管理人才。对河北省科技创新融入“一带一路”国家倡议,高校工程管理国际化人才培养有一定的理论和实践意义。
As an important node connecting Bohai gulf,Hebei province has carried out"the Belt and Road"global cooperation on production capacity in many competitive industries and is in urgent need of international engineering management talents.Based on the current situation of global cooperation on production capacity and the cultivation of international engineering management talents in universities,using the investigation method and the case analysis method,this paper analyzes the new requirements of enterprises on professional competence,international competence,innovation and practical ability under the background of"the Belt and Road".Focused on the non-coordination between science and technology innovation and international talent cultivation of engineering management in Hebei province,the collaborative mode of science and technology innovation and international talent cultivation of engineering management is designed from three aspects of government,enterprises and universities,so as to cultivate international,compound and applied senior engineering management talents.It has theoretical and practical significance for Hebei province to integrate scientific and technological innovation into the national strategy of"the Belt and Road"and the cultivation of international talents in engineering management in universities.
