摘要
基于"一带一路"倡议下的国际科技创新合作模式的研究,结合"一带一路"沿线国家全球竞争力评级,着重对江苏省与相关"一带一路"沿线国家在产业研发合作与学术研究合作两个方面进行项目统计分析,并在此基础上归纳和思考了近年来江苏参与"一带一路"合作的实践做法,为继续深化"一带一路"创新合作与技术转移提供有益的参考。
On account of the research on the mode of internationally scientific and technological innovation cooperation under the "Belt and Road" initiative, this paper combines the global competitiveness rating of countries along the "Belt and Road" to implement statistical analysis focusing on industrial R&D cooperation and academic research cooperation between Jiangsu Province and related countries along the "Belt and Road". On this basis, the practical experience of Jiangsu’s participation in the "Belt and Road" cooperation has been summarized and considered, which provides a useful reference for further deepening the "Belt and Road" innovation cooperation and technology transfer.
