摘要
情感劳动既指某些特定性质的劳动,也指一切劳动中可能附着的情感支出,是美国马克思主义女性主义对马克思劳动概念的创造性阐释。情感劳动的价值要么被低估,要么被无视,体现了资本主义制度对女性特别的剥削方式。哈特和奈格里非物质劳动理论的提出明显受到女性主义情感劳动理论的影响。新冠疫情造成情感劳动分工的新的不平等,这种状况既可能造成女性主义的倒退,也可能使得性别分工不平等的支撑结构发生变化,从而带来性别平等新路径的发展契机。因此有必要在新的时代背景下重新审视情感劳动理论。
Emotional labor,which refers both to some specific labor and to the emotional expenditures that may be attached to all labor,is a creative interpretation of Marx’s concept of labor by American Marxist feminists.Emotional labor is often undervalued and disregarded,reflecting the capitalism’s particular exploitation mode towards women.Hart and Negri’s theory of immaterial labor was clearly influenced by the feminist theory of emotional labor.The COVID-19 pandemic created new inequalities in the division of emotional labor,a situation that may cause both a regression in feminism and a change in the support structure of the unequal gender division of labor,which may bring opportunities for new paths of gender equality.It is necessary to reexamine the theory of emotional labor in this new context.
