摘要
以产教融合协调发展模式提升高校教师工程实践能力的途径,经历了半个多世纪从无到有的过程,如今已达到相当成熟的水平,为保持高等教育质量发挥着极其重要的作用.通过对比国内外产教融合协同发展的不同模式,分析影响目前我国应用型高校教师工程实践能力提升的制约性因素和瓶颈问题,对整体提升我国高等教育的质量,具有非常重要的意义.
The way to improve college teachers′engineering practice ability with the coordinated develop-ment mode of industry-education integration has experienced a process from scratch for more than half a century.Now it has reached a quite mature level and plays an extremely important role in maintaining the quality of higher education.By comparing the different modes of industry-education integration and coordinated development in China and abroad,this paper analyzes the restrictive factors and bottlenecks affecting the improvement of teachers′engineering practice ability in Chinese application-oriented colleges,which is of great significance to improve the quality of Chinese higher education as a whole.
