摘要
提升工程创新能力对于规划设计类研究生教师发展具有十分重要的意义。该文通过对研究生教师工程创新能力重要性及现实问题的分析,提出了规划设计类研究生教师工程创新能力的提升途径。以工程教学创新文化、工程创新科研能力、工程创新教学能力、工程创新教学方法为评价指标,构建规划设计类研究生教师工程创新能力动态评价指标体系。旨在通过科学的提升途径及动态评价体系,为规划设计类研究生教师的个人发展提供借鉴,为决策机构提供参考。
Improving engineering innovation ability is of great significance to the development of graduate teachers in planning and design.Based on the analysis of the importance and practical difficulties of the engineering innovation ability of graduate teachers,this paper proposes ways to improve the engineering innovation ability of graduate teachers in planning and design.Taking engineering teaching innovation culture,engineering innovation scientific research ability,engineering innovation teaching ability and engineering innovation teaching method as evaluation indicators,the dynamic evaluation index system of engineering innovation ability of graduate teachers of planning and design is constructed.It aims to provide reference for the personal development of graduate teachers of planning and design through scientific promotion and dynamic evaluation system,and provide reference for decisionmaking institutions.
