摘要
中国经济的转型升级,对应用型人才提出了更高的能力要求。当前应用型专业产教融合模式包括人才培养模式、技术管理咨询模式和产业学院模式,不同模式都会受组织内部因素、参与方耦合机制因素和政府资金政策支持因素的影响,且影响因素在不同模式上存在较大的差异。
The transformation and upgrading of China’s economy has put forward higher requirements for applied talents.The current application-oriented professional industry-education integration model includes talent training model,technology management consulting model and industrial college model.Different models will be affected by internal factors of cooperative organizations,partner coupling factors and the supporting factors of government fund policy.The influencing factors are of great difference in different models.
