摘要
为准确判断并有效提高天水市农村三产融合发展水平,构建农村三产融合的综合评价指标体系,采用耦合度和耦合协调度评价天水市农村三产融合程度,实证分析三产融合所达到的经济社会效益。基于制约因素,从加大资金支持力度、提高科技水平、促进三产融合水平多业态发展、完善农村基础设施等方面,提出推动天水农村一二三产业融合发展的对策建议。
In order to accurately judge and effectively improve the integrated development level of rural three industries in Tianshui City,we build a comprehensive evaluation index system of the integration of rural three industries,use the coupling factor and coupling coordination to evaluate the integration degree of rural three industries in Tianshui City,and empirically analyze the economic and social benefits achieved by the integration of the three industries.Based on the restrictive factors,it put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Tianshu from the aspects of strengthening financial support,improving the level of science and technology,promoting the integration level of the three industries,and the improvement of rural infrastructure.
