摘要
德国职业教育及办学形式有着鲜明特色,为了不断提高我国职业教育的教育水平,对德国职业教育进行深入分析有着重要意义。德国职业教育有中高衔接顺畅、产学研相结合、以质量为本等特点。对此,我国可以借鉴德国职业教育特色,从促进职业教育与普通教育协调发展、加强校企合作、增强职业教育师资建设等方面着手提高职业教育水平。
German vocational education and the form of running a school have distinct characteristics,in order to continuously improve the level of vocational education in China,it is of great significance to carry out in-depth analysis of German vocational education.German vocational education has the characteristics of smooth connection,combination of production,education and research,and quality-oriented.In this regard,China can learn from the characteristics of vocational education in Germany,from promoting the coordinated development of vocational education and general education,strengthening cooperation between schools and enterprises,strengthening the construction of vocational education teachers and so on.
