摘要
介绍了抚顺石油化工研究院开发的渣油悬浮床临氢减粘裂化工艺及添加剂。在合适的工艺条件下,采用该添加剂处理塔河渣油,馏分油的减粘率(100℃)可达到80%以上,馏分油甲苯不溶物质量分数可控制在1 0%以下。
The residue slurry visbreaking process and related additives developed by sinopecFushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals (FRIPP) were described.Visbreaking cofficient(100 ℃) of over 80% with toluene insolubles of less than 1% (wt) were obtained in treatment of Tahe atmospheric residue by the additives and process under appropriate condition.
