摘要
辽河 4 0× 10 4 t/a渣油减粘裂化装置投产运行结果表明 :低温 ( 4 0 0~ 4 30℃ )、长停留时间( 4 0~ 50min)的上流式反应塔减粘裂化 ,可使辽河减压渣油 ( 10 0℃ )的粘度由 1334mm2 /s减为 2 85.9mm2 /s( >165℃减粘渣油 )。减粘效应Δν50 为 4 .61。减粘渣油及由它调制的燃料油的安定性和配伍性都能达到一级。
The running results of Liaohe 40×10~4 t/a residue visbreaker indicated:the the visbreaking process with upflow type reaction tower at low temperature (400~430 ℃) and long contacted time(40~50 mins) can make the viscosity of Liaohe vacuum residuum reduced from 1334 mm^2/s(100 ℃)to 285.9 mm^2/s(>165 ℃);visbreaking effect Δν_ 50=4.61;stability and compatibility of vacuum residuum and its formulated fuel oils can meet the Class I specifications.
