芳香分和胶质对塔河常压渣油临氢热转化反应的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以塔河常压渣油为原料,分离出芳香分和胶质,考察了渣油中芳香分和胶质含量对渣油临氢热转化反应产物及钒分布的影响。实验结果表明,当芳香分含量(w)从28.7%增加到37.5%时,次生饱和分增加了15.48百分点,气产率增加了11.65百分点,焦炭含量下降了3.46百分点,焦炭中钒分配率降低了1.03百分点;当胶质含量(w)由13%增加到33%时,次生饱和分增加了11.00百分点,气产率增加了13.22百分点,焦炭含量下降了5.40百分点,焦炭中钒分配率降低了4.92百分点;适当增加渣油中芳香分和胶质的含量,不仅能促进渣油临氢热转化向轻质化方向进行,且对轻质化过程的生焦起到一定抑制作用。 Aromatics and resin were separated from the Tahe atmospheric residue(THAR). The effects of the aromatics and resin contents on the product distribution in THAR hydrocracking and the distribution of vanadium in the products were investigated. The results showed that,when the aromatic content(w) increased from 28.7% to 37.5%,the secondary saturate content in the products and the gas yield increased by 15.4 8 and 11.65 percent point,and the coke content and the distribution rate of vanadium in the coke decreased by 3.46 and 1.03 percent point,respectively. When the resin content(w) increased from 13% to 33%,the secondary saturate content and the gas yield increased by 11.00 and 13.22 percent point,and the coke content and the distribution rate of vanadium in the cok e decreased by 5.40 and 4.92 percent point,respectively. The aromatics and resin could not only promote the thermal conversion of THAR to light fractions,but also inhibit coking in the conversion process.
