摘要
针对劣质重油中金属、氮、胶质、康氏残炭含量高的问题,国内已经开发了悬浮床加氢裂化工艺。介绍了悬浮床加氢工艺特点,将其与主流的重油轻质化工艺,如固定床加氢、延迟焦化、重油催化裂化工艺的技术经济特点进行了分析和对比。结果表明,悬浮床加氢裂化工艺产品收率高,产品分布和产品质量较好,内部经济收益率高,具有非常广阔的应用前景。
The new-developed slurry bed hydrocracking technology for processing heavy oil with high contents of metal,nitrogen,gum and residual carbon has been developed in China. The characteristics of the slurry bed hydrocracking process were introduced. The technical properties and the economic benefits of the slurry bed hydrocracking process were compared with those of other main heavy oil upgrading technologies such as fixed bed hydrocracking,delayed coking and residue fluid catalytic cracking(RFCC). The analysis shows that the slurry bed hydrocracking process is available for upgrading the unqualified heavy oil and has a wide application potential in the future.
