摘要 本文考察了在分散型催化剂磷钼酸铵(1000μg/g,以Mo计)存在下,反应温度、时间、氢初压和催化剂加入量等因素对孤岛渣油加氢裂化反应的影响;并初步考察了催化剂循环使用的可能性。 On the hydrocracking of Gudao residue in the presence of the water-soluble cata- lyst ammonium phosphomolybdate (APM), the effects of reaction conditions such as temperature, re- action time, initial hydrogen pressure, concentration of the catalyst, were studied. The experimental results indicated that in the range of 390~435℃, the lower temperature was found to be favourable to hydrogenation; while the higher temperature preferable for the cracking reaction. Increasing the ini- tial hydrogen pressure and the quantity of the catalyst added would accelerate the hydrogenation reac- tion, and suppress the further condensation reaction and coke formation. The catalyst could be recycled under certain conditions.
