摘要 本文通过孤岛渣油在分散型钼系催化剂存在下加氢裂化生成的苯不溶物(催化活性物质和焦炭)的X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)分析,初步揭示了钼系分散型催化剂的催化活性物质是微晶状的MoS_2。分散型Mo系催化剂采用高分散加入法时形成的催化活性物质呈近似球状颗粒,其粒径小于2μm。初步考察了加入方法、时间和温度、以及不同的钼系催化剂对催化活性物质组成的影响。 The reaction behavior of catalytic hydrocracking of Gudao residue in the presence of dispersed-phase Mo catalyst was investigated. The benzene insolubles formed were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scaning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). By XRD, it was found that the active catalytic species of the dispersedphase Mo catalysts was MoS_2 crystallites in rhombohedral polymorph form. The SEM and TEM photos showed that the MoS2 formed was spherical particles of the size less than 2 μm. It was found that the less the particle size of the active catalytic species, the higher their catalytic activities. The high-dispersion method can reduce the particle size of the catalyst.
