从废石油催化剂中回收钒和钼的试验研究 被引量:27

摘要 介绍了苏打焙烧 水浸法从废石油催化剂中提取钒和钼的工艺。通过水解除铝、加氯化铵沉钒和离子交换法富集钼 ,可回收得到较纯的钒酸铵和钼酸铵。试验结果表明 :原料中Na2 CO3 / (V +Mo)的摩尔比为 1.5 ,焙烧温度为 80 0℃、时间为 1h ,用 80℃水浸取 1h ,钒和钼的浸取率分别达到 97.4%和 98.5 %。在pH =8.5 ,加氨系数为 4倍理论量时进行沉钒 ,钒的沉淀率达 98.6% ,而钼的共沉淀率只有 0 .5 % ,产出的V2 O5的纯度达到 98%。 A description is made of the process of extraction of vanadium and molybdenum from spent catalyst by sada roasting and water leaching. Purer ammonium vanadate and ammonium molybdate can be obtained by aluminium removal by hydrolysis, precipitating V with NH 4Cl and concentrating Mo by ion exchange from the leah liquor. The test results show that 97.4% of vanadium and 98.5% of molybdenum can be recovered by leaching at 80 ℃ for 1 hour at a Na 2CO 3/(V+Mo) molar ratio 1.5 and a roasting temperature of 800 ℃. At pH 8.5 and NH 4Cl/V 2O 5 ratio 4, 98.6% of vanadium can be precipitated with a moco-precipitation of only 0.5% and V 2O 5 purity of 98%.
