Waste Catalysts Recovering with Liquid Film Method in Surphuric Acid Industry

摘要 利用冠状液膜法回收硫酸工业废催化剂中的V_2O_5,探求了液膜法提取的最佳条件,实验研究了载体浓度、油水相比、pH值、迁移时间和反萃液的浓度对钒迁移率的影响。结果表明,在载体浓度为5%,液膜环境为pH=3.0,迁移时间为5min,油水比为1:3,反萃液中氯化铵浓度为6mol/L时,钒的迁移率可达97%。 In this paper, the reclamation of vanadium pentoxide from waste catalysts of the sulphurie acid industry was discussed. Test study was made on the liquid film extraction condition preliminarily, such as carrier concentration, ratio between oil and water,pH of stuff liquid, migrating time,stripping agent concentration.The results indicated that carrier concentration is 5%, ratio between oil and water is 1:3, pH of stuff liquid is 3.0, migrating time is 5 min, stripping agent concentration is 6mol/L. Under these conditions the minration percentage achieves 97%.
