摘要
研究采用石煤钠化焙烧、水浸渣常温稀酸(或塔酸)浸出,901树脂常温离子交换提钒新工艺。V_2O_5的总回收率达76.56%。与传统的加温水浸-加温酸沉粗钒工艺相比,钒的总回收率提高25个百分点以上;吨钒成本降低25%左右;产品质量优于国标GB3283-87冶金99级V_2O_5的标准。
The new process for extraction of vanadium from carbon shale by roasting with NaCl-dilute acid leaching at atmospheric temperature-ionic exchange with 901 resin is studied. The recovery of V2O5 is up to 76.56%. Compared with the traditional process (water leach-vanadium precipitation with acid), the recovery of vanadium is increased by 25%, the operation cost per ton of vanadium is decreased by 25%, the quality of products is superior to that of the metallurgical grade 99% V2O5 standard (GB3283-87).
