摘要
本文应用热力学数据绘制了 V-O 系氧化图,探讨了五氧化二钒与氯化钠作用机理,考察了石煤氧化钠化焙烧条件对提取五氧化二钒的影响.并用回归旋转设计建立了石煤加氯化钠焙烧过程的数学模型.
Vanadium-bearing carbonaceous stone is an important vanadium resource,so that the reserarch and production of vanadium pentoxide from carbonaceous stone are of great importance.At present,many researchers concentrate their efforts on the process technology. As a contribution to theoretical study,the diagram of the relation between oxygen balance and temperature in V-O systems is drawn,the function mechanism of vanadium pentoxide with sodium chloride is studied in this paper.The factors which affect vanadium extraction in salt-roast leaching process are discussed and a mathematical model of roasting process is established. The relation between oxygen balance and temperature in V-O systems as evaluatd with thermodynamical caculation shows that vanadium and low valence vanadium oxides can be easily oxidized.There exist different opinions.By means of thermodynamic analysis and experiments the opinion that vanadium pentoxide is a reactant in the reaction is confirmed. By a rotable regressive design,the correlation of extraction recovery of vanadium with the roasting temperature(Z_1),amount of sodium chloride(Z_2)and roasting time(Z_3)are established as follows: Y=-958.39+2.430Z_1+3.215Z_2+42.765Z_3+5.73×10^(-3)Z_1·Z_2 -2.35×10^(-2)Z_1·Z_3-1.5×10^(-3)Z_1~2-0.359Z_2~2-7953Z_3~2
