长庆减渣悬浮床加氢裂化结焦原因分析

摘要 悬浮床加氢裂化装置是重油轻质化的重要手段,可以进行减压渣油加氢裂化,煤油共炼,煤直接液化,煤焦油全馏分加氢等,文中以长庆石化减压渣油为原料,通过原料性质,对试验过程中出现的问题和现象进行了分析。 The suspended bed hydrocracking method is an important means of lightening heavy oil,which can be used for vacuum residuum hydrocracking,kerosene co-refining,direct coal liquefaction,and full distillate hydrocracking for coal tar,etc.In this paper,Changqing petrochemical vacuum residuum was adopted as raw material and the problems and phenomena encountered in the test process were analyzed by comparing the feedstock characteristic.
