摘要 本文用自我效能感理论解释视唱练耳水平发展与相关音乐活动行为的心理问题,通过对视唱练耳课程及相关音乐活动中自我效能感问题的分析,提出了针对性的教学干预手段,以求音乐活动中良好自我效能感的形成,对早期健康音乐心理素质的形成和音乐能力的可持续发展很有帮助。 Since the famous American psychologist A.Bandura first proposed the concept of sense of self-efficacy in 1977 many psychologists have studiedit and found that it had a different degree of influence on people’s learning behaviours, task selection and personalinner target settings. The thesis, usingthe sense of self-efficacy theory, explains sight singing and ear training’s level developing and explores relatedmusic activity behaviour’s psychology problems, by analysingthe issue of sense ofself-efficacy in the sightsingingand ear training course andrelatedmusic activity, to furtherunderstand the mechanism by which thesense of self-efficacy acts on music behaviour. The thesis proposes teaching measures to intervene and aimat forminggood sense of self-efficacy in music activity. because sense of self-efficacy have relatively stable characteristics, helping students to build good sense of self-efficacy in the course of sight singing and ear training can provide effective psychology quality support for related music activity and contribute to establish a healthy music psychological quality early and continual development of musical ability.
