摘要
强调了供应链是现代企业发展的大趋势,指出了当前供应链管理中存在的问题。旨在通过研究质量管理策略,分析供应链管理的特点,采用质量管理的思想优化供应链管理,主张基于现代先进的管理理念和先进技术,打破供应链成员企业间的界限,消除"质量黑箱"。最后提出了供应链上实施质量管理应注意的要素。
Supply Chain Management (SCM) is the great trend of modern enterprises. Several existing problems in current SCM are pointed out in the paper.The aim of this study is to apply quality strategy to optimizing SCM through the quality research and analysis of the characteristic of SCM. The way of breaking up the limit of member enterprises and eliminating 'quality black box' is suggested. Some elements in applying quality management are finally brought forward.
