摘要
在产业化分工越来越细的今天,很多企业逐渐剥离非核心的业务,企业供应商团队逐渐扩大。从而使得各企业管理层对供应商的质量管理越来越重视。本文讲述了在供应商质量管理的过程中如何建立对供应商质量能力评审的体系,从而使得该评估过程更标准化、更具操作性。
With the development of industrial division of labor, many enterprises gradually fade out non-core business and gradually expand the supplier team. So that the management of the enterprises pay more and more attention to the quality management of suppliers .. The paper introduces how to establish the system which evaluates the ability of supplier quality during the quality management of suppliers. It makes the evaluation process more standardized and more operational.
