摘要
本文首先对供应链条件下的质量管理研究的必要性进行了论述,接着对供应链环境下的质量管理与传统的质量管理的区别以及供应链质量管理的特点进行了细致的分析,继而又分析了在供应链条件下产品质量的传递机制,最后提出基于供应链的质量管理模式并对建立这种模式的基础进行了阐述。
In the first part of this article,it focuses on the discussion of the necessity of quality control research under the circumstance of supply chain. Then it carries out a detailed analysis on the differences between quality control of supply chain and conventional quality control,as well as the characteristics of quality control of supply chain. It further analyzes the transferring mechanism of product quality with supply chain. Finally,it presents the model of quality control based on the supply chain,and gives exposition on the foundation of the model.
