摘要
员工对企业的忠诚问题是影响企业生产效率高低及企业价值实现的重要因素。人力资本管理风险的大小和企业所拥有的员工对企业忠诚度的高低有直接关系 ,而员工和企业心理契约的不协调是造成员工忠诚度下降的主要原因。因此 ,采取相应措施解决员工忠诚度下降带来的人力资本管理风险问题至关重要。
The staff's loyalty to an enterprise is closely related to the production efficiency and value realization. The same is true of the personnel management risks and the staff's loyalty to the enterprise. The low loyalty degree is usually caused by the unharmonious psychological contract between the staff and the enterprise. Therefore the solution to personnel management risks is to take measures to prevent the reduction of the staff's loyalty.
