摘要 本文从员工角度分析心理契约破裂与心理契约违背的产生过程 ,对影响员工知觉到心理契约破裂的因素和什么情况下这种契约破裂的知觉会转化为契约违背进行了探讨 ,并提出心理契约破裂与违背的防范措施 ,以期对我国企业管理实践有所指导。
