摘要
合作伙伴遴选事关装备基地级维修服务PPP(Public-Private Partnerships)采购的成败。在提出装备基地级维修服务PPP采购合作伙伴遴选原则和流程的基础上,构建了装备基地级维修服务PPP采购合作伙伴遴选指标体系,设计了装备基地级维修服务PPP采购合作伙伴遴选步骤,最后通过实例验证了遴选方法的可行性与实用性。
Partner selection is related to the success or failure of equipment depot-level maintenance services PPP( Public-Private Partnerships) procurement. Based on the selection principles and procedures of PPP procurement partners for equipment depot-level maintenance services,the selection index system of PPP procurement partners for equipment depot-level maintenance services is constructed,and the selection step of PPP procurement partner for equipment depot-level maintenance services is designed. Finally,the feasibility and practicability of the designed selection method are verified by an example.
