摘要
PPP项目中,社会资本的选择至关重要,关系到建设运营整个过程的成败。在整理相关老旧小区改造PPP项目文献的基础上,总结出老旧小区改造社会资本的选择指标,通过文献阅读法和理论分析法归纳出指标维度和初步的指标,然后进行问卷调查,运用统计分析方法对回收数据进行处理,得到优化的指标集。用AHP方法建立了社会资本选择的多目标决策模型并确定每一指标的权重,实现各个方案层的总排序,为老旧小区改造PPP项目社会资本的选择研究提供参考。
In PPP projects,the choice of social capital is crucial,which is related to the success or failure of the entire process of construction and operation.On the basis of sorting out the relevant old community renovation PPP project literature,this paper summarizes the selection indicators of social capital for the reconstruction of old residential areas,summarizes the indicator dimensions and preliminary indicators through literature reading and theoretical analysis,and then conducts a questionnaire survey,and uses statistical analysis methods to process the recovered data to obtain an optimized indicator set.Finally,establishes the multi-objective decision-making model of social capital selection by using AHP method,and determines the weight of each index to realize the overall ranking of each scheme level,which provides a reference for the selection of social capital for the reconstruction of old residential areas in PPP projects.
