摘要
明确理想的利益分配比例对既有建筑节能改造项目的顺利实施至关重要。选取节能效益分享型合同能源管理模式,作为既有建筑节能改造利益分配的研究对象,分析运作流程以及参与方的基础之上,利用修正的Shapley值法构建既有建筑节能改造利益分配模型,明确参与方的利益分配比例,采用向量夹角余弦法衡量修正系数的理想程度,增强利益分配比例的科学性,并通过实例表明该方法的合理性和有效性。
It is very important to define the ideal proportion of benefit distribution for the successful implementation of the existing building energy-saving renovation project.Selecting the energy-saving and benefit-sharing contract energy management model as the research object of the benefit distribution of the existing building energy-saving renovation,based on the analysis of its operation process and the participants,in this paper,a modified Shapley value method is used to construct a profit distribution model for energy-saving renovation of existing buildings,the profit distribution proportion of participants is defined,and the vector angle cosine method is used to measure the ideal degree of the correction coefficient,the rationality and effectiveness of the method are demonstrated by an example.
