“互联网+”时代系统视角下乡村教师精准扶智机制与路径研究 被引量:9

摘要 精准扶智"成为新时代乡村教师发展的新契机,互联网与大数据技术因在量化、发展性、精准化分析,优质指导资源跨时空供给,数据驱动下精准指导等方面的优势为乡村教师精准扶智提供了创新解决思路,使乡村教师成长可以兼顾规模效应与培训效果、短期行为调整与长期行为改变。该文以文献分析、实地访谈及案例分析为基础,从纵深、水平、供需三个维度分析了"互联网+"时代乡村教师精准扶智的机制与路径,并从供需双方阐释"互联网+"时代乡村教师精准扶智模式建构,尝试为当前乡村教师的精准扶智提供借鉴。 Targeted-training to promote professional development has been a new chance for rural teachers in New Era. The Internet and Big data technology have provided innovative solution to targeted rural teachers development because of their quantitative,developmental, precious analysis, continuous highly-qualified training without the limit of space and time, data-driven targeted help from teacher-educators. The solutions driven by the Internet and big data give consideration to both scale and effect, shorttime rural teachers’ behavior adjustment and long-time behavior changing. The operating mechanism and route of targeted-training rural teacher development In the Internet+ Era was demonstrated from the depth dimension, the time dimension, and the demandsupply dimension. Based on the literature analysis, interview and case analysis, the key problems and model of targeted training were analyzed and elaborated from the demanding and supplying dimension in order to promote the rural teacher development in New Era.
