摘要
当前我国家政行业的发展水平与雇主需求之间存在巨大的差距,导致这一现象的重要原因之一就是家政人员和雇主需求之间的信息不对称。家政O2O企业则通过互联网技术解决了这一问题,实现了供需双方快速有效的对接。因此,近几年我国家政O2O企业发展迅速。但是我国家政O2O行业在快速发展的同时也存在着大量的问题,这些问题严重阻碍了家政O2O行业的发展,家政O2O行业需要认识并解决这些问题。
At present,there is a huge gap between the development level of domestic service industry and the needs of employers in China.One of the important causes of this phenomenon is the information asymmetry between domestic workers and the needs of employers.The domestic O2O enterprises have solved this problem through internet technology and realized fast and effective docking between supply and demand.Therefore,in recent years,the domestic O2O enterprises in China have developed rapidly.However,with the rapid development of domestic O2O industry in China,there are also a lot of problems,which seriously hinder the development of domestic O2O industry.Domestic O2O industry needs to recognize and solve these problems.
