摘要
目的探究人性化服务对于小儿外科病房护理满意度的影响并对其进行分析。方法选取在我院小儿外科就职的36名护理人员作为本次研究的对象,并将其随机等分为实验组与观察组。观察组采用常规护理方法,实验组在其的基础上增加人性化管理服务。结果护理后实验组护理服务满意度较观察组有明显的改善(P<0.05);护理后实验组工作质量较观察组有明显的改善(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理服务有利于提升患儿家属及护理人员自身的满意度,帮助患儿改善生活质量,存在一定的研究价值,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of humanized services on the satisfaction of pediatric surgical ward care and analyze it.Methods Thirty-six nursing staff who were employed in Pediatric Surgery from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into experimental group and observation group. The observation group adopts routine nursing methods, and the experimental group adds humanized management services on the basis of it. Results After the nursing, the experimental group had significant improvement compared with the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The humanized nursing service is beneficial to the improvement of the satisfaction of the families of the children and the caregivers themselves, and helps the children to improve their quality of life. It has certain research value and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
