摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理模式在普外科护理中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2016年3月-2017年3月普外科收治的86例患者作为此次研究对象,按照数字表发随机分为两组,对照组应用常规护理方法,研究组在常规护理基础上应用人性化护理模式,对比两组患者护理满意度及并发症、不良情绪改善及疾病认知情况。结果:研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),在不良情绪改善及疾病认知情况上高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症方面低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:普外科病房中患者在常规护理基础上应用人性化护理模式,患者对护理工作满意度高,能够有效改善不良情绪,提高了对疾病认知情况,且并发症发生率较低,应当在普外科中广泛推广。
Objective:to explore the application effect of humanized nursing model in general surgical nursing. Methods:select our hospital in March 2016-March 2017 of 86 patients admitted in general surgery as the research object, according to the digital meter hair were randomly divided into two groups, control group using conventional nursing method, the team on the basis of conventional nursing humanization nursing mode, compared two groups of patients nursing satisfaction and complications, bad mood and illness perceptions. Results:the team nursing satisfaction is higher than the control group(P < 0.05), in bad mood and illness perceptions is higher than the control group(P < 0.05), complications, lower than that in control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:patients in general surgery ward on the basis of conventional nursing humanization nursing mode, patients satisfaction of nursing work of high, can effectively improve the bad mood, can improve the cognitive situation of disease, and a lower incidence of complications, should be widely applied in general surgery.
