摘要
伴随我国医疗体制不断的改革,临床护理服务质量成为患者治疗过程重要组成部分,护理重心逐步自"以疾病为核心"转向"以人为核心"。此外,居民健康意识与法律意识不断增长,"以人为本"观念的深入,导致居民对医院服务水平要求不断提高。为适应医学模式转变,人性化服务理念兴起,人性化服务逐渐应用于临床护理管理中,且于小儿外科病房护理管理中广泛应用。小儿外科病房中,通过人性化服务的开展,予以小儿及家属人性化护理,营造和谐住院环境,有助于患儿家属满意度以及临床护理质量提高、医疗纠纷减少。该研究现将从小儿外科病房护理中现存问题出发,对人性化服务实施意义、具体措施等进行论述,旨在促进小儿外科护理人员护理质量提升,从而增强医院综合竞争力,促医院可持续发展。
With the continuous reform of medical system in China, the quality of clinical nursing service has become an important part of the patient's treatment process. The center of care has gradually shifted from "disease centered" to "people-centered". In addition, residents' awareness of health and legal awareness continue to grow, the concept of "people-oriented" in-depth, resulting in residents of the hospital service requirements continue to increase. In order to adapt to the change of medical model, the rise of humanized service concept and the gradually application of humanized service in clinical nursing management, it is widely used in the nursing management of pediatric surgical wards. Pediatric surgical ward,through the development of human services to be pediatric and family humanized care to create a harmonious hospital environment, contribute to the satisfaction of family members of children and improve the quality of clinical care, reduce medical disputes. This study will start from the existing problems in pediatric surgical ward care, to discuss the significance of implementation of human services and specific measures, to promote pediatric surgical nurses to improve the quality of care,thereby enhancing the overall competitiveness of hospitals and promote the sustainable development of hospitals.
