摘要
目的了解青岛国际啤酒节黄岛主会场食品安全监管工作现状,分析存在问题,为进一步做好有效监管提供科学依据。方法依据食品安全国家标准和快检企业标准对食品及食品原料、食(饮)具进行检测;采用SPSS 20.0软件对食品安全监督检测资料进行描述性分析。结果 2015~2018年青岛国际啤酒节期间消费人群逐年增多,最高达620万人,食品安全监督检测各类样品10 158份,合格9 720份,合格率95.69%,检测合格率逐年升高(P<0.01)。其中食品及食品原料合格率达97.00%;食(饮)具合格率达93.25%,食(饮)具主要检测项目是大肠菌群,国家标准为不得检出,其中224份食(饮)具检出大肠菌群。结论青岛国际啤酒节食品安全保障工作方法措施有效。
Objective To understand the current situation of food safety supervision in the main venue of Qingdao international beer festival in Huangdao,and analyze the existing problems,so as to provide scientific basis for further effective supervision.Methods According to national food safety standard and quick inspection enterprise standard,food and food raw materials,food(drink)utensils were tested.SPSS 20.0 software was used for descriptive analysis of food safety supervision and testing data.Results During 2015-2018,the number of consumers in Qingdao international beer festival increased year by year,with the maximum of 6.2 million.A total of 10 158 samples were detected for food safety supervision and testing,and 9 720 samples were qualified,with the qualified rate of 95.69%,and the rate increased year by year(P<0.01).The qualified rate of food and food raw materials was 97.00%,and it of food(drink)was up to 93.25%.The main detection item of food(drink)was coliform bacteria,totally 224 food(drink)samples were detected with coliform bacteria,which were not qulified according to the national standard(cannot be detected).Conclusion The working method of food safety guarantee in Qingdao international beer festival is effective.
