摘要
从价值链联系和价值链地位两个维度对亚太价值链进行全面解构,并重点考察中国在亚太价值链中的角色。研究发现:与欧盟相比,由于亚太各经济体在历史文化、要素禀赋及经济发展水平方面存在更显著的差异性和互补性,亚太地区的价值链分工具有更强的独立性、完整性和封闭性。亚太经济体之间存在密切的价值链联系,中美日在亚太地区的内部价值链联系中共同扮演着'中转站'的枢纽角色。总体而言,资源丰裕型经济体和发达经济体的亚太价值链地位相对较高,而加工制造业较发达经济体的亚太价值链地位相对较低。需特别说明的是,尽管总体上中国在亚太价值链中的地位相对较低,但其在亚太价值链联系中的重要性日趋增强。
The paper comprehensively deconstruct the Asian-Pacific value from two dimensions:value chain links and value chainsstatus.In addition,the paper focuses on the role China plays in the Asian-Pacific value chain.Compared with Eurozone,as there are more significant differences and complement in the history and culture,factor endowment and the level of economic development for the Asia-Pacific economies,the FVA(the foreign value added content of a country’s gross exports)of Asia-Pacific depends less on the foreign added value,and the Asian-Pacific value chain is more independent,complete and close.Economies within the Asian-Pacific region are closely connected to each other in terms of the value chain.China,America and Japan constitute the'hub'of the internal value chain.Overall,the resource-rich economics and the developed economics are in higher position while the other economics that are more developed in process and manufacturing industry are in lower position.Need to be specified is,although China still plays a minor supporting role in the whole Asian-Pacific value chain,its importance in the Asia-Pacific value chain links is increasing.
