摘要
利用行业上游度测算方法和相关投入产出表数据,测算了全国和31个省区市2012基准年度流通业的产业上游度,并对中国东中西部三大地区流通业产业上游度进行了比较,借以考察各地区流通业在产业链上位置的状态和差异。研究发现:在封闭经济中,交通运输、仓储和邮政业上游度地区差异表现为:东部地区>中部地区>全国整体>西部地区;批发和零售业上游度地区差异表现为:中部地区>全国整体>东部地区>西部地区;住宿和餐饮业上游度地区差异表现为:东部地区>中部地区>全国整体>西部地区。在开放经济中,交通运输、仓储和邮政业上游度地区差异表现为:东部地区>全国整体>中部地区>西部地区;批发和零售业上游度地区差异表现为:东部地区>全国整体>中部地区>西部地区;住宿和餐饮业上游度地区差异表现为:东部地区>中部地区>全国整体>西部地区。从封闭经济到开放经济,流通业产业上游度一般会上升,但是对不同地区的流通业影响会有差异。
In order to investigate the status and differences of the circulation industry in the industrial chain in different regions,in the paper,we calculates the industrial upstreamness of the circulation industry in China and 31 provinces(cities,regions)in 2012 based on the industrial upstreamness calculation method and the data in relevant input-output table,and compares the upstreamness of circulation industry in eastern region,central region and western region in China.The study found that in the closed economy,the sequence of upstreamness of transportation,warehousing and post in different regions from high to low is:the eastern region,the central region,the whole country and the western region;the sequence of upstreamness of wholesale and retail in different regions from high to low is:the central region,the whole country,the eastern region and the western region;the sequence of upstreamness of accommodation and catering in different regions from high to low is:the eastern region,the central region,the whole country and the western region.In the open economy,the sequence of upstreamness of transportation,warehousing and post in different regions from high to low is:the eastern region,the whole country,the central region,and the western region;the sequence of upstreamness of wholesale and retail in different regions from high to low is:the eastern region,the whole country,the central region and the western region;the sequence of upstreamness of accommodation and catering in different regions from high to low is:the eastern region,the central region,the whole country and the western region.From the closed economy to the open economy,the upstreamness of the circulation industry will generally rise,but the influence on circulation industry will be different in different regions.
