摘要
亚太是全球最具经济活力的区域,区域内成员间的合作不仅极大地促进了各自经济发展,也带动了世界经济的繁荣。然而,亚太区域内也存在贸易失衡等结构性问题,需要在区域内构建合理的合作机制。经济利益是构建亚太区域经济合作机制的主要驱动力,但其构建过程面临着成员间意见分歧、成员行动难以协调、经济与安全二元分离等问题,从而削弱了机制构建基础。因此,构建新形势下的亚太区域经济合作机制可以围绕维护亚太产业链供应链有效运行、增强新兴经济体在亚太区域中的作用、提升亚太区域市场的开放性、促进亚太与印度洋区域经济对接、多角度协同搭建亚太区域经济合作网络、改善亚太区域经济合作的外部环境等多个方面展开。
The Asia-Pacific is the most economically dynamic region in the world. The cooperation among members in the region has not only greatly promoted their respective economic development, but also led to the prosperity of the world economy. However, there are structural problems such as trade imbalance in the Asia-Pacific region, so it is necessary to build a reasonable cooperation mechanism in the region. Economic interests are the main driving force for the construction of the Asia-Pacific regional economic cooperation mechanism. However, the construction process is faced with such problems as divergent opinions among members, difficult coordination of member actions, and separation of economy and security, which weaken the foundation for the construction of the mechanism.Therefore, the construction of the Asia-Pacific regional economic cooperation mechanism under the new situation can focus on maintaining the effective operation of the Asia-Pacific industrial chains and supply chains, enhancing the role of emerging economies in the Asia-Pacific region, enhancing the openness of the Asia-Pacific regional market, promoting the economic docking between the Asia-Pacific and the Indian Ocean, building the Asia-Pacific regional economic cooperation network from multiple perspectives, and improving the external environment of the Asia-Pacific regional economic cooperation.
