摘要
结合武汉生物工程学院发酵工程课程的教学实际,针对以往教材过深、陈旧,教学内容选取不切合实际等问题,从教学内容的优化,教学手段和方法的改革,新评估体系和考核制度的建立及完善等方面,提出了一些可行的做法,并进行了一系列的实践和探索。
Based on the teaching examples of fermentation engineering courses in Wuhan Bioengineering Institute this paper proposed some practicable measures such as optimizing the teaching contents,refor- ruing the teaching methods,establishing and perfecting new evaluation and check systems by renovating old teaching means and teaching material.
