摘要
在发酵工艺学总论课程教学改革中,实施启发式教学,结合总论课程特点系统介绍,重点讲述,激发学生的主动性和积极性,重视分析归纳,培养学生创造性思维,尝试与改进双语教学;同时在专业课教学中贯穿突出专业素质教育和综合素质教育。
In the process of the teaching reform of the course “A Survey of Fermentation Technology” we practised elicitation method of teaching, giving the systematic explanation of the course content and expounding the essential points on the basis of the course characteristics. In order to stimulate the students' enthusiasm and initiative we paid affection to the analysis and induction of the course content and fostered the students' ability of creative thinking. Besides, bilingual teaching was also explored and improved. In addition, the speciality quality education and the comprehensive quality education were stressed for the students and they ran through the whole teaching course of the speciality curriculum.
