摘要
根据学科建设及专业发展的需要 ,结合发酵工程课程的教学实践对如何改革该课程的教学内容。
According to the demand of the subject construction and profession development,and combining with the teaching practice of fermention engineering course,we had proceeded a tentative study on how to reform the curricular contents, teaching method and practice contents.
