摘要
发酵工程是食品工程、生物工程、生物技术等专业的重要专业课,课程内容丰富、涉及面宽。针对该课程的特点,从教材建设、课程内容、考核方式、教学方法等方面思考与探索该课程教学思路,取得了良好效果。
As an important specialized courses of food engineering,bio-engineering and biotechnology,fermeatation engineering is rich in contents and involving wide range.Combined the curriculum′s characteristics of the school,the teaching ideas of the course were considered and explored from materials construction,curriculum contents,assessment methods,teaching methods and so on.This work will help students to better understanding the knowledge of the course.
