摘要
加强青年教师培养,提高青年教师教学实践智慧,是高职院校亟待解决的重要课题。解决这一问题,高职院校要构建职前培养与职后培训一体化的教师培养体系,打造校本培训、校企合作的教师专业成长共同体,建立多元化的评价制度和产学研的教学实践智慧生成机制。青年教师要树立职业教育信念,完善自身素质结构。
To strengthen young teachers’ training and to improve their teaching practice wisdom is an important task to be solved in higher vocational colleges.To solve this task,higher vocational colleges should build an integrated teachers’ training system of pre-service cultivating and post-service training,develop a teachers’ professional development community of school-based training and college-enterprise cooperation as well as establish a diversified evaluation system and a production-learning-researching development mechanism of teaching practice wisdom.Young teachers must set up professional education beliefs and improve their own quality structure.
