教师团队合作对促进教师信息共享、优化教师知识结构、促进教师实践知识显性化、提高教师反思能力、发展教师创造性思维、强化教师自我教育等方面具有重要的作用。在实践操作中通过更新观念、打造团队、培育文化、健全体制能更好地加强教师团队合作,从而更有效地促进教师专业发展。
Team cooperation of teachers play important role in fostering information sharing among teachers, optimizing knowledge structure of teachers, promoting teachers practical knowledge becoming dominance, enhancing teachers reflective abilities and innovative thinking and strengthening teachers self-education abilities. In practical operation, schools can foster professional development of teachers through updating view, shaping team, cultivating culture and optimizing system.
