摘要
人本管理是管理理论的新发展。学校人本管理的表现形式为:以教师为本、以职工为本和以学生为本。学校进行有效的人本管理,关键在于建立一整套完善的管理机制,倡导人性化管理,加强校风建设,重视人才培养,营造能促进人的发展的文化氛围。
A management of people is the new development of management theory.The expression forms of institute’ s management of people are based on teachers,staffs and students.The key which is institute’s effective management of people lies in buiteling up a complete set of mechanism of management,propesing humanitism management,strengthen- ing school discipline’s eonstrwtion,attaching importance to personel tranming and constructing civilization cuomosphere that can promote person’s development.
