摘要
随着人本管理的理念逐渐成熟以及其运作过程中管理成效的日益显著,高等教育开始注重在教育管理过程中体现对人性的关注和理解。本文从人本主义的角度阐述在教育中管理者如何有效地进行管理。首先对人本主义的内涵作了介绍;接着分析了人本管理是和谐社会高校管理实践的内在本质要求,人本管理是教育管理客观现实的需要;然后对现阶段人本管理中出现的误区进行了分析;最后提出在教育管理过程中管理者改进人本管理的方法与对策。
along with the gradually mature of humanism management idea as well as its remarkable result of operation process manages, the higher education starts to pay great attention day by day to manifest in the education administration process to the human nature attention and the understanding. This article from humanism point of view in the education on the management effectively. First, it has made the introduction to humanism connotation; Then has analyzed humanism management is the practice of harmonious social university management request, humanism management is the education administration objective reality need; Then it has analyzed the erroneous zone which appears to present stage humanism management; Finally proposed that the superintendent improves the method and the countermeasure of humanism management in the education administration process.
