摘要
促进学生的全面发展,深入挖掘学生的发展可能性与内在潜力是高职院校教育教学工作的目标。目前,我国高职院校所开展的学生管理工作存在着很多弊端。文章从学生管理工作现状展开讨论,思考了人本主义教育观下,高职院校在学生管理工作方面的相关改善措施。
The goal of higher vocational college education is to promote the all-round development of students, and excavate their development possibility and potential. At present, there are many drawbacks in the student management of higher vocational education in our country. Based on the present situation of student management work, this article discusses relevant improvement measures in terms of student management in higher vocational colleges from the view of humanism education.
