摘要
基于输出电压和滤波电感电流双闭环瞬时反馈控制技术的三态滞环控制逆变器,其输出交流电压中通常含有的不能满足要求的直流分量。详细分析了产生逆变器输出电压直流分量的几种原因,介绍了减小逆变器输出电压直流分量的方法。理论分析和试验结果证明:三态滞环控制逆变器输出电压直流分量的变化量与其基准正弦波直流分量的变化量成正比。同时,运算放大器的零点漂移、开关管属性不一致等因素对逆变器输出电压直流分量也有较大影响。
The DC bias of output voltage is usually beyond request for threestate hysteresisband controlled inverter based on instantaneous outputvoltage and filterinductorcurrent double closeloop feed back control.Several reasons leading to DC bias are analyzed in detail and restraining methods of DC bias are also described.Theoretical analysis and experimental results proved that the DC bias in the output voltage of threestate hysteresisband controlled inverter is variated proportional with the DC bias change of reference sine wave.And moreover,the zeropoint deviation of operational amplifiers and the disparity of power switching transistor characteristics have a strong impact on the DC bias of inverter output voltage.
