摘要
逆变器输出直流分量会对逆变器本身和其负载产生不利影响,必须采取有效措施消除直流分量以保障系统可靠运行。分析了产生直流分量的各种原因,讨论了基准正弦波对双闭环逆变器输出直流分量的影响,通过比较硬件调偏和软件调偏的优缺点,提出了两种新颖的软件调节方法。详细叙述了各自工作原理及实施方法。在一台基于DSP TMS320F2812控制芯片,5 kW输出功率的单相全桥逆变器上进行了实验,结果显示两种方法均达到了软件调偏目的,证明了其可行性,而方法二的输出电压动态性能更优。
The DC component in output voltage is an adverse factor to inverter and its loads,so effective measures must be adopted to eliminate DC component for ensuring system operated reliably.Various reasons for producing DC component are analyzed,and the influence of reference sine wave for dual loop inverter are discussed,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of hardware or software regulating DC bias,and two novel methods based on software are proposed.The operation principle and implementation measures of them are described.And operation of a 5 kW output power single phase full bridge inverter base on DSP TMS320F2812,the results show that two software mea-sures are both feasible that achieve the aim of regulating DC component,but the second measure is better in dy-namic performance in output voltage.
