摘要
分析了基于电容电流内环双环控制的三相逆变器输出电压出现直流分量的主要原因,并在此基础上提出通过滑动平均滤波检测负载电流中所包含的直流分量,经隔离滤波后来调节SPWM脉宽的解决方案。将方案成功应用于一台450 k VA三相逆变器中,带100%阻感并联负载,功率因数为0.8,输出电压的直流分量控制在其有效值的0.1%(-0.4 V^0.4 V)以内,输出电流的直流分量<1 A。试验证明,方案可以有效地抑制三相逆变器输出电压的直流分量问题。
The reasons leading to DC component in three phase inverter output were analyzed in detail and the restraining methods of DC component were described. The DC component value of the load current is detected through moving average filter, then through isolation and filter modules to adjust the width of SPWM pulse. The experimental results on a 450 kVA three-phase inverter show that the method is capable of limiting the DC component to - 0.4 V - 0. 4 V in inverter output voltage, and less than 1 A in output current. The experiments show that this method is effective for restraining DC component in the output voltage of three phase inverter.
